An unidentified pilot, later tentatively named as O. K. Bevins of Ft. Thomas Kentucky, died when his aircraft crashed in heavy fog near Mason. Marshal Richard Cox reported the plane struck a radio tower belonging to Crosley Radio, about 25 miles northwest of Cincinnati.
