Ross A. Dever former Oak Hill High School instructor is named regional supervisor of vocational education for Greenbrier and Fayette Counties by the State Department of Education. He begins duties September 30 with offices to be established in Fayette. he previously replaced Albert Lilly and has served as principal of Gauley Bridge and Summerlee schools. Dever, a Dover resident, spent over 30 months overseas in 1943 war service.
