CHARLESTON UP I Two North Carolina men were injured early today when a tractor trailer overturned on the West Virginia Turnpike near the Charleston tunnel. Robert J. Warrick of Charlotte and John G. Police said the trailer broke loose from its tractor and blocked three lanes, later reduced to one lane for about 90 minutes, with damages estimated at 25000 dollars.
