Aged Miner Struck By Car In Allen Junction

Charles Gillem a 74 year old miner from Allen Junction was struck by an automobile while crossing the highway to board a bus near the Night Owl. He suffered a broken leg above the knee a broken ankle a side injury and bruises and lacerations and was taken to Welch Emergency Hospital for treatment.
