Clarence Tizh Jones known as C. F. Haynes evangelist receives a second day stay of execution in Summers County Circuit Court to pursue an appeal. Jones, 41, was convicted of breaking and entering the O R Grimmell Motor Co in Hinton and sentenced to one to 13 years. He previously faced a similar sentence in Monroe County for breaking into an Alderson store.
