No Bonus Concert For Beckley Group Seatings Too Few

Beckley Community Concert Association cannot add a bonus April 1 performance of Caledonia due to limited seating at Woodrow Wilson High School auditorium which seats 840 and nearby folding chairs bring in only about 940. Principal C G Peregoy says a proposed cafetorium will seat about 940 but acoustics and suitability for concert music are uncertain. He suggests a separate community auditorium would be ideal, funded later with matching funds, but for now overselling WWHS remains the option and the bonus concert is off.
