Moonshiner 17 Shot After Disobeying Deputy Order
In Wyoming County a 17 year old boy at a moonshine still was shot in the leg by a deputy after he disobeyed an arrest order. His companion, Ronnie Justice, was jailed in Pineville on moonshine charges with a preliminary hearing set before Magistrate Jack Pizzino. The youth will be turned to juvenile authorities after hospital release.
