Sugar Chile Robinson Hits Big as Boogie Woogie Prodigy
In Detroit 1945 a seven year old pianist Sugar Chile Robinson blends fists and elbows to command Caldonia on stage. The precocious prodigy, nicknamed Shug, earns bookings, attracts agents, and tops news from Chicago to national broadcasts.
