Oak Hill Civitan Tour Of New Telephone Plant
Oak Hill Civitan club members toured a new telephone exchange built by Chessytaxe Potomac Telephone Co and Western Electric Co. Leo Kullman, plant wire chief, demonstrated the dial system set to begin use in March. Two new buildings, including the Church and Chestnut corner site, will house the system and the project remains on schedule for March completion.

Three people were treated at Wyoming General Hospital after sled riding and a fall. Eight year old Billy Rose of Alpaca received cuts to his left eyebrow and ear from colliding with a wire fence.
