Train Collision at Oak Hill Crossing Injures Vehicle
At about 8:30 am a Virginian Railway locomotive struck a produce truck owned by D E Waddell at the Jones Avenue Virginia Street crossing in Oak Hill. The truck, driven by Larry Toney of Dothan, was crossing while the engine shifted tracks. The truck suffered heavy damage though part of the apple cargo may be saved.
