GIs planning to transfer for the second semester should file the required forms promptly. Dean L. Ricketts of the Veterans Administration contact office Beckley said forms are available locally and outlined steps to ensure subsistence checks continue after transfer. The process includes obtaining a satisfactory progress certificate, securing a supplemental eligibility certificate, transferring the file to the new regional VA office, and notifying the VA of a new mailing address.

Returns Home From Visit In Alabama
Mrs. Ruby Layman has returned to Pineville after about two months with her daughter and son-in-law in Mobile Alabama. Mrs. Woody’s health has improved and she travels with her husband and two daughters to a new home in Central America. Mrs. Layman also spent a week with another daughter in Kingsport Tennessee while enroute home. About 22 million American homes are wired for electricity.

VA Office To Go On 40 Hour Week In Beckley
