Con Stable Earl Sapp arrested Mec Donall and Constable Jimmy Warren arrested Johnson and Mauch. An assault and battery charge cost Donald F. Sutclitt of Florida ten dollars and costs.

Four Youths Held For Store Robbery
Four youths and a 17 year old girl are jailed on charges of breaking and entering the H. M. Saunders Store at the Gap of the Ridge on February 16. They were arrested in Charleston after authorities recovered a stolen car and cigarets from the shop raid. The store had been broken into previously with about 95 dollars in merchandise taken. Claude Catron and Jess Underwood face related charges.

A 14 year old Princeton girl faces juvenile court action after a preliminary hearing on fraud charges. Magistrate Charles C. McGuire said she is charged with obtaining $3 from a local businessman by false pretense. The money was allegedly for an exhibit of old coins at the high school, using a form bearing the principal Melvin McClamm's name that the merchant spotted as misspelled.
