Damages Totals $650 In Truck Car Crash Near Fayetteville
An Oak Hill State Police report notes $650 damage from a truck car crash on Rt. 21 one mile south of Fayetteville at 1 45 p m. William Lew Allen of Beckley turned off the highway as Alfred V Godby of Smithers attempted to pass. The cars sideswiped, sending Godby’s car into an embankment. both drivers suffered cuts and bruises. Trooper C A Berkley investigated.
