United Press International reports West Virginia logged one highway fatality over the weekend, raising the year’s toll to 106. Dale L. Ketterman, 21, of Hardy County, died in a two car crash near Moorefield Saturday injuring three others. In Ohio, 17 year old Charles T. Beard Jr., of Huntington, died in a three car collision near Ironton Sunday with no other injuries reported. West Virginia had two weekends without fatalities this year and one with one fatality.
