Special report from St Louis notes crowd sizes at the fair illumination event with about 40 900 in attendance and tens of thousands on the streets. Curiaco Oct 9 There was no regular market today as the Board of Trade moved to the new edifice. The dedication ceremonies drew a packed hall with addresses by Board officers A T Coolbaugh and Mayor Medill. The city treated the day as a holiday with many visitors arriving.
