Inmate in Detention Center Attempts Suicide After Missing Teen Case
Kenneth R. Nigh, 20, of Arlington Indiana, was airlifted to Dan C Trigg Memorial Hospital after attempting death by own action at Quay County Detention Center on Sept 13. He remains hospitalized with injuries not disclosed. Nigh was arrested Sept 4 on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor linked to Jenna Oakley. Oakley, a missing Kentucky teen, was found with Nigh in Tucumcari and authorities consider her a missing person. Rhonda Oakley’s death case is under investigation.
