Missing Kentucky teen found in Tucumcari with man charged
Jenna Oakley 15 was located Saturday in a Tucumcari Motel 6 parking lot with Kenneth R. Nigh 20 of Arlington Indiana. Nigh faces a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and is held in Quay County Detention Center. Oakley’s stepmother Rhonda Oakley was found dead in Kentucky. Authorities say it is unclear if Oakley went with Nigh willingly. The two traveled in Rhonda Oakley’s 2014 Honda Civic.
