Kmart to be vacant no more in Tucumcari

Fast TV Network plans move from Albuquerque into the former Kmart site to create an eight million dollar television and movie studio plus a Route 66 museum and welcome center. The project aims to hire 30 to 70 staff after a July 1, 2023 soft opening with potential revenue up to 300 million over ten years.
