City to demolish Sands Dorsey building remains
After a fire in 2007 the Sands Dorsey structure still stands with asbestos and mercury in the north portion. Daniel Construction was hired for 4000 to knock down the west wall and clear brick debris. City officials seek funds from state or federal agencies to finish demolition and protect residents.
