Civil Case Opens in District Court Jury Hears Dunkley v Doney

The fifth district civil case Dunkley and Elaine Dunkley of Franklin vs LeRoy Doney of Franklin began in the county courthouse with Judge Isaac McDougall presiding. Jurors were selected and witnesses including Dunkleys and Doney testified as Attorneys John R Black Russell Burns and H J Swanson represented the sides. The plaintiff accuses the defendant of depriving him of 67 mink in a dispute likely to reach a verdict later today.
