Khokhlov Testimony Praised by Red Conspiracy Witnesses

The hearing lauds Nikolai Khokhlov as a valuable witness in the committee's conspiracy case. Herbert Philbrick of the FBI notes Khokhlov’s testimony, urging broad reading to expose communism’s immorality and its oppression of individual rights. Khokhlov discusses the Soviet regime, Russian spiritual resilience, and the need for American support, while rejecting two methods of resistance and highlighting broadcasting and printing as tools. The testimony is available from the U.S. Government Printing Office Part 8.
