Headon School Bus and Car Collision Injures Several
A headon collision on a Mink Creek highway morning left two adults injured and six children with minor cuts and bruises. David Christensen, in the passenger car, and Ranae Olsen, on the bus, were hurt as the impact forced the car broadside. Viggo Jensen drove the bus. bus damage was around 500 dollars and the car was nearly totaled.

Holstein tests show strong production from Idaho registry herds
Registered Holstein cows tested under the Holstein Friesian Association program produced high yields. Henry Drury and Sons of Preston reported 18 cows averaging 2,495 pounds of milk and 472 pounds of fat, about 19 quarts per cow daily, with two daily milkings and Idaho university supervision. A Talbot Holstein Farm cow at 328 days yielded 14,793 pounds of milk and 565 pounds of fat, about 21 quarts daily. The seven cow Talbot herd averaged 11,896 pounds milk and 438 fat pounds, about 18 quarts daily, also under two daily milkings with Idaho and Holstein HQ oversight.
