County Commissioners Approve Fire Dept Arrangement and Levies
Franklin County Idaho boards approve a Fire Department staffing plan with city of Preston, set County truck oiling, and pass a 1955 tax levy schedule. They authorize a $200 monthly city firefighter and county truck duties, plus adopt a comprehensive 1955 levy including state, road and hospital funds and local districts. The meeting also covers accounting for estate tax adjustments and a $900 donation to the American Legion Hall project.
