Mrs Foss Injured In Preston Car Collision
At 1 30 p m Saturday two cars collided at the First South and Second West intersection in Preston. The 1946 Davis car traveling west and Mrs Foss in a 1954 car traveling north collided. Mrs Foss was thrown from the car and knocked unconscious. She was taken to Franklin county hospital for observation and later released.

Bottled Gas Firm Changes Hands In Boise
Merrill Hall of Boise has purchased the bottled gas business from Hollingsworth and Powell. The operation will be renamed Home Gas Co. Hall plans to provide free heating estimates for domestic and commercial equipment. He has six years in the gas business and will reside with his wife Lois Selman and three daughters at 34 East First North.
