At a March 9 1955 meeting directors levied a 4 percent assessment on the capital stock of the Preston-Whitney Irrigation Co. Payment is due by May 28 1955 to avoid delinquency and sale at public auction. The secretary’s office in the Larsen Building is open Saturdays for payment.
Idaho notices a special bond election on May 16 1955 in Franklin and Bannock counties to issue up to 130000 dollars in negotiable coupons for high school addition and equipment. Polls open 1 PM to 8 PM with seven polling places and voter eligibility rules listed. Board of Trustees orders election and specifies districts and venues.
