Franklin County records show payments to utilities insurance and services including Manning Plumbing and Heating Utah Power and Light Co and City of Preston Water Dept. A state highway contract Bear River Bridge Fairview Road was approved with a $25 200 warrant to Idaho Dept of Highways and Fire Construction Co bid of $55 208 90. A 1955 tax delinquency on Oneida Stake property was cancelled. The Preston city bill totals 375 64 with fire costs and a jury list for fiscal year 1957 includes 40 names grouped for local service duties.
