Preston Idaho Zoning Ordinance Creates Four Districts
The City of Preston Idaho enacts Building Zone Ordinance 311 dividing the city into four districts Residence A Business A Business B and Commercial A with a dated map June 14 1948. It sets district boundaries occupancy rules setbacks and height limits and requires conformity with the ordinance for future building and use.
