Franklin County Commissioners Meet January 14 1952
Franklin County Commissioners met in regular session January 14 1952 with all members present. They approved an audit contract for 1951 records and appointed civil defense directors for Franklin County cities. Tax adjustments were made cancelling 900 valuation on improvements and reducing personal property. extensions granted for 1951 taxes. A budget transfer plan was adopted to cover overspending and shortages across accounts.
