Car crashes into Thatcher home after drifting off road
Dennis Billy, a Utah State University student, driven car veered off a curve in Thatcher and plowed 500 feet through two fences into Claude Mendenhall’s newly sided house. The crash damaged the furnace, joists, wall and bed, injuring Billy with a broken jaw, dislocated shoulder and facial lacerations. The dwelling’s sleeping occupant escaped unharmed.

Area Water Report Shows High Snow Course Water Levels

Kip Christensen son of Mr and Mrs Wade Christensen received a George Washington honor medal at the Win der Bannid award scout banquet Saturday night.
