Condie Named Top Cadet at Utah Air ROTC
Elbert B DeLyle Condie son of Mr and Mrs P M Condie of Preston has been named a distinguished cadet by the Air Force ROTC at the University of Utah. A senior sociology major he serves as deputy commander of the corps in Utah and has been active in student affairs.
