The Franklin County Board reviewed the hospital audit by Warren Vickrey and ordered it filed. They accepted a resignation from Rulon Dunn as County Civil Defense Coordinator and appointed Clifford Warr to the post. Angus Condie presented the hospital six month operation report, which was approved and filed. Payrolls were approved and filed. The meeting adjourned with W. W. Poole chairing and C. L. Swenson as clerk.
