Utah Power and Light expands service in the Preston division with major projects. A 7 200 volt line 38 miles north of Soda Springs costs 54 090 with 20 000 this year and will serve 43 rural customers. Additional capacitors cost over 27 000. Substation rebuilds at Richmond and Grace total 53 000 and 27 000 respectively with new transformers and gear.

Champion Holstein Bull Dies After Wire In Stomach
Henry Drury and Sons of Fairview lose four-year-old Inka De Kol a 3000 pound grand champion known as Western Flash after a wire ingestion punctured the stomach and spleen.
