The Preston Lions club sponsored the Franklin county school art contest held Wednesday night in the Preston High library. Anna LeFevre of Franklin won first prize a camera. Dean Stevenson of West Side High placed second with a pen and pencil set. Allen Winn and Glen Edwards tied for fourth while judging was done by Prof Everett Thorpe of Utah State Agricultural College. A USAC faculty string quartet performed after the awards.
