Mitchell asks Sirica not to sequester his jurors

Former attorney general John N Mitchell urged Judge Sirica to lift the sequestered jury order for the Watergate cover up trial. He argued jurors are already prejudiced and that continuing sequestration risks a less representative panel. Prosecutor Jaworski was to respond as the judge reviews the motion.

Ford aides pool ideas on swim problem
