Ellsberg in-law refuses to testify before grand jury
The brother in law of Dr Daniel Ellsberg invoked the Fifth Amendment before a Los Angeles federal grand jury probing the Pentagon papers leak. Albert Appleby and other witnesses also declined to testify citing self incrimination and rights concerns while the panel considers potential additional charges. The hearings resume Monday with Anthony Russo to testify about Ellsberg connections to Rand Corp.
