Statewide Demos Young Democrats set 4 district caucus
The Democratic Youth Caucus of California plans caucuses in all four congressional districts this month to elect 43 delegates and 43 alternates for the Democratic State Central Committee. Delegates must reside in their district and will be chosen with gender balance rules under the McGovern Fraser guidelines. The executive committee, drawn from these appointees, meets quarterly to coordinate fundraising and platform revisions.
