Pentagon aide denies report pulled from file
In Los Angeles, Charles W. Hinkle, director of the Defense Department Office of Security Review, denied under oath that he received orders to remove documents that might prove Daniel Ellsberg innocent. Miller testified earlier about alleged orders, but Hinkle said he did not recall such conversations or actions and said he forwarded materials to Daniel Henkin for awareness.
