NEW ORLEANS UPI Nineteen of 21 convicts who escaped from Orleans Parish prison remain at large. The escapees, convicted of murder rape armed robbery or narcotics offenses with sentences from 15 years to death, had two armed robbers captured by police Monday. Geneva dispatch says Mercy flights to Biafra resumed after a two day government ban by Equatorial Guinea. An International Red Cross spokesman said the airlift will operate up to 10 flights nightly to sustain food supply for about 650,000 refugees, mostly children, in the rebel territory.
