Nevada court slows as Hughes will dispute heats trial
In Las Vegas Clark County District Judge Keith Hayes delayed the Howard Hughes will case after a new three page handwritten will surfaced and a forged copy of a June 13 1965 will was mailed to the court. The judge cited the added confusion and said the trial would resume January 4. Executors Noah Dietrich and Harold Rhodes press to verify authenticity while relatives contest the Mormon Will.
