ATHENS Tex AP a fal study group of the Texas Committee on Public Education wrapped up a public hearing at Caddo Creek Ranch in East Texas. Rep Tom Massey chairs the group and says the two day meeting was a show and tell time for members as they gather ideas for the 1977 Legislature to reform school financing.
