Rally Day and Brown Christmas at Polk Baptist Church

Harvest of Harmony Festival set for Grand Island with Polk bands
Polk high School will parade 18 bands totaling 926 students at the Harvest of Harmony Festival in Grand Island on Saturday. Class C includes Fairmont Scotia Ravenna Chapman and Polk, with top four bands advancing from each class after an 11:00 a.m. parade. The afternoon features three numbers by all bands and rural Hall County floats. In football, Polk defeats Newman Grove 27 0 as Volz passes to Williams and Long and Johnson excel.
