Consecration Service Held For Polk Methodist Sanctuary
More than 300 people attended the consecration of the remodeled Polk Methodist Church sanctuary on October 26 led by Rev. Robert Hopkins. Gilbert Lampshire spoke on a time for recognition, with Glen Babcock and Marvin Fredrickson also taking part. The Memorial Roll honored 28 donors, and a plaque was presented. The Marquette church joined Polk for the service, followed by a reception.
