Referee Sale Ordered for Polk County Land Parcels

By order of the District Court of Polk County Nebraska Referees will sell at public auction on November 18 1952 at 2:00 PM the described parcels in sections 7 and 17 township 13 and 18 north range 4 west. Sale at the South Front Door Osceola Nebraska for cash with 15 percent due at sale and balance by March 1 1953 subject to tenant rights expiring March 1 1954. Abstract of title available to purchasers.
