Royal Neighbors Meet At Hordville Hall For May Session

The Royal Neighbors Lodge met at Hordville Hall with 20 members present. Distinct deputy Mrs. Perry Gage of Central City attended for the Memorial Drill to be performed by Hordville's eight-member drill team at the Tri-County convention in Fullerton on June 2. New members Patty Jones and Mrs. R. Clayton joined, taking the oblitary oath, and lunch was served by Mrs. Wilbur Jones and Mrs. Madeline Johnson.

Cattle and Hogs in Ket at Omaha with Two Cars

A shipment arrived at Omaha on Wednesday carrying two cars of cattle and hogs. The animals were moved through the stockyards under routine inspection. No incidents were reported.
