H L Stunkle of Polk Nebraska announces a plan to subdivide 80 acres of land near town into smaller parcels for future development. The property will be surveyed and offered at public auction around midsummer with no sale before the survey is completed.
An odd verse quips a fictional formula for computing income tax with bizarre steps such as deducting per child and dividing by a wife's sister's age. It then shifts to a playful couplet about a Michigan girl and a drug store, punctuated by stray names and phrases.
