Planning Completed For Road Building In Polk County
Polk County completes the last planning study reports for proposed road improvements. Projects include a segment of FAS Route 2730 linking Old Highway 66 to State Highways 81 and 76 with grading culverts and bituminous surfacing and a segment of FAS Route 2775 southeast of Polk City with grading culverts bituminous surfacing and a new bridge over the Blue River connecting to York County asphalt road 66. Reports are at the Polk County Highway Superintendent office in Osceola. Comments accepted until April 1 and will be part of the record.
