Hordville Alumni Banquet Celebrates Bicentennial Theme
Saturday evening in Hordville honored over two hundred alumni spouses and friends at the high school auditorium. The Bicentennial theme featured star spangled decor and American flags. Local chefs from Immanuel Lutheran prepared the meal as Karl Andreasen Sawyers accompanied piano. Roy Ortegren will lead as alumni president for two years with Roger Erickson and Marcelyn Erickson Hanquist in key roles. Three generations attended, and plans were made for another banquet in 1977.
