Notice to contractors sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk of Polk Nebraska until 8:00 PM July 28 1919 for furnishing all labor materials and constructing approximately 9190 feet of curb and gutter 2980 feet of straight curb 160 feet of double gutter 7805 cubic yards of grading 23126 square yards of paving and appurtenances in Paving District No 2 Village of Polk Polk County Nebraska. Bids on plans adopted July 1 1919 and on proposal forms furnished by the Village Clerk with a certified check of 5 percent of bid. Work to be completed by October 15 1919.
