Trinity Lutheran WOMEN MEET JANUARY SESSION
The LOW of Trinity Lutheran met in the church basement on Wednesday January 6 at 8 p.m. Jeanine Hoffman president conducted the business meeting. New members Lila Albin Connie Ang Marcia Carlstrom Karen Hoops and Lynda Sundberg were welcomed. A 6 30 pot luck supper is planned for the annual congregational meeting Sunday January 17 now at 7 30. Program Leaders were Parma Werner and Joyce Baack. Lunch for 18 was provided by Leila Ramsey and Bertha Brazda.

Polk County Commissioners in Osceola Nebraska meet January 5 1971 to audit claims approve road material contracts with Flodman Johnson and Strand Bros Inc sign a right of way contract with Lac Lede Cemetery Association and approve office space lease with General Services Administration for the Selective Service Office on the court house third floor. The board also approves assistant assessors Neal O Prell Gail L Gonnerman and George Tiaden and adjourns to January 12 1971.
