John Perry Seymour born November 21 1878 in Winterset Iowa died February 5 1937 at his Polk home aged 63 years 2 months 14 days. Survived by widow Hennie three daughters four grandchildren, and his aging parents two sisters and two brothers. Six children born of marriage to Hennie Renquist. three sons died young. Funeral services for Mrs Anna Montgomery
Mrs Anna Montgomery aged 69 died suddenly from a heart ailment at her Stromsburg home. Funeral services were held at the Stromsburg Baptist Church with burial in Stromsburg cemetery. She was daughter of Rev Nels Lundgren first pastor of the local church. Survived by brother Sam Lindgren of Dennison Iowa and other relatives. Her husband preceded her in death about two years ago.

Youth Injured by Fall While Skating on Ice
Leonard Shockey, son of Mr and Mrs Dick Shockey of the Auberville community, was seriously injured when he slipped on the ice and struck his head while skating with his brother Morris. He lost consciousness for hours and lay unseen on the ice until dragged to the farm home for medical aid. He is reported improving at the time of writing.
